El objetivo es penetrar en las estructuras más profundas del tejido muscular y sus fascias. Esta técnica se enfoca en liberar la tensión o nudos musculares conocidos como adherencias. Presión fuerte y lenta en combinación con algunos estiramientos.

  The service was good enough but my god the smell of cigarettes stained walls and carpets smacks you in the nose right away when you enter. I almost had to cancel on the spot because the smell was so harsh. The doctor gives good service but I’d suggest cleaning the smell!

  I’m updating my review because I came back here with my partner.  The first time with Jaime was amazing. This second time, right after our massages, my partner said to me that was hands-down the best massage of his life.  We both really enjoyed our massages with Jaime and Alejandro.   I was having some really bad neck and upper back pain which is a recurring problem for me. I booked in for a deep tissue massage for 2hrs since the price was great, and Jaime was my massage therapist and it was possibly the best massage I’ve ever had.

I asked for lots of pressure, which I find most therapists never achieve to my satisfaction… but he delivered! Jaime really knew exactly what I needed and found all my worst spots without me even needing to say it and was able to really work out some deep problems with very intense pressure when it was needed. It was very healing. Plus the room was comfortable, smelled great, and the music and lighting was nice.

Overall this was an incredible experience and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a massage in CDMX.
